Mixco Stake Center converted into smiles for Guatemala 3 rows of 10 chairs, oral surgery is on the stage and in the R. Society room. Classrooms were Dr. exam rooms over 30 professional + their helpers.  Each brought their own tools and paid $2500 to came and serve.
